Path 2 Bright ("we", "us") provides homeschool curriculum and virtual school services to students, parents, schools, and partners. This policy covers our website, learning platform, and white-label partner program.

Account data: name, email, password (hashed), and role (student, parent, teacher, admin, partner).

Learning data: courses you enroll in, lesson progress, quiz answers and scores, and AI tutor interactions.

Partner requests: organization name, contact details, branding preferences, and message content submitted through our white-label form.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and basic analytics about how the site is used.

To create and manage accounts, deliver lessons and assessments, personalize the learning experience, respond to partner inquiries, secure the platform against abuse, and improve our products.

Student accounts for users under 13 are created and managed by a parent, guardian, or partner school. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without verifiable adult consent.

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with: (a) service providers that host our infrastructure, send email, or provide AI features under contract; (b) the partner organization that manages a student's account; and (c) authorities when required by law.

We keep account and learning records while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backup, legal, and audit purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

Data is encrypted in transit. Access is gated by authentication and role-based permissions. See our Trust & Security page for more.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where applicable. Contact us using the address below.
