Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using our website, learning platform, or partner program, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Parents or partner schools are responsible for accounts they create for minors.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse the platform, attempt to bypass security or access controls, scrape or copy course content without permission, upload illegal or harmful content, or use the AI tutors to generate prohibited material.
Content & intellectual property
Course materials, lessons, branding, and software are owned by Path 2 Bright or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use them for personal or contracted educational purposes. You retain ownership of content you upload, and grant us a license to host and display it as needed to provide the service.
Payments & refunds
Paid plans (curriculum purchases, virtual school enrollment, and white-label partner subscriptions) are billed as described at checkout or in your partner agreement. Refund eligibility is described in the relevant offering's terms.
White-label partner program
Partners receive a branded instance of the platform under a separate partner agreement. Partners are responsible for content they add, their students' accounts, and compliance with applicable education and privacy laws in their region.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for risk to the platform or other users. You may close your account at any time.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, accreditation transfer, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Path 2 Bright is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
